The invention relates to a method for transmitting data to a data line (12) between a central control appliance (10) and a decentralised data processing appliance (11). According to said method, input data of the decentralised data processing appliance (11) is supplied to a processing unit (15) of the decentralised data processing appliance in a first resolution. The processing unit (15) carries out a transformation of the input data according to a calculation regulation (BVi), and transmits the transformed data to the central control appliance (10) by means of the data line (12) in a second resolution. The central control appliance (10) is used to determine, in the framework of a configuration of the decentralised data processing appliance (11), according to which calculation regulation (BVi) from a plurality of calculation regulations, the decentralised data processing appliance (11) is to carry out the transformation. |
