A pipe clamping device and a pipe fastening device is provided to prevent release of a gear head bolt and improve preload by fitting a c-shaped spring washer between the gear head bolt and an entry. A pipe fixing system and a pipe fastening device comprises a cylindrical body(130), an entry(310), a fixing chip(340), and a bolt(320). The cylindrical body has a hole for a pipe to be fitted. The entry is embedded in an upper fitting groove of the upper part of the cylindrical body. The fastening chip tightly secures the pipe in the cylindrical body through a wedge. The bolt such as a gear head bolt, which is penetrated through the cylindrical body and the fastening chip, controls vertical movement of the fastening chip. A c-shaped spring washer(330) is fitted between the entry and the head of the bolt. A stop washer is fitted between the entry and the fastening chip.
