An automatic teller machine having a finger print identifying function is provided to prevent a financial crime by receiving and paying the cash only if a registered finger print and a read finger print are the same. An automatic teller machine has a finger print identifying device. A finger print is read in a finger print recognizing part(6). The read analog finger print signal is converted to a digital signal and the digital signal is inputted to a computer. The automatic teller machine is operated only if the read finger print data is the same as the finger print data which is stored in the computer. If the finger print is inputted mistakenly, a speaker(7) alarms with a voice. If there are errors 3 times or more, an account is stopped. |
