A method and a device for managing an order in the WLAN are provided to enable a customer to quickly/correctly order a service through a portable ordering device, and securely pay the service with a credit card without waiting in a line by receiving the order from the portable ordering device of the customer through the WLAN. A wireless connector(120) transceives a wireless signal with an AP(Access Point) and is wirelessly connected to an external device connector. A display part1(130) displays a service list received from an ordering device processor and characters inputted from a keyboard(170). A microphone1(160)/speaker1(150) transmits a voice between an order processing device and the portable ordering device. An ordering button(172) sends kinds/quantity of the services selected by the customer to the ordering device processor. A payment button(173) transmits a service charge inquiry signal to the ordering device processor, displays a returned service charge to the display part1, and transmits credit card information received from a card reader(190) to the ordering device processor. |
