A nipper type access apparatus for separating a low-voltage cable of a transformer is provided to separate a connection terminal of the low-voltage cable in connecting and clamping the connection terminal by using a nipper type connector. A nipper type access apparatus for separating a low-voltage cable of a transformer includes a fixed block(10), a moving block(20), a screw bar(30), and operating arms(31,31'). The fixing block at the front and the moving block at the rear form space units(11,11') at the left and right centers respectively. The screw bar is screw-coupled at a screw hole formed at the center of the moving block, and rotatably supports the front to an insertion hole at the center of the fixing block. The operating arms have left and right connectors(41,41') at the front, are inserted and guided through the space units, and are coupled by a hinge axis(23) to rotate left and right to rotate the screw bar. The moving block moves front and back, and the operating arms moves the left and right connectors left and right so as to connect and separate a connection terminal of the low-voltage cable by clamping the connection terminal of the low-voltage cable.
