A locking device with a structure preventing an abrasion of a lock-pin is provided to prevent an abrasion and a noise to be generated by friction between a lock-bracket and a lock-pin when a box frame is assembled with a body frame positioned in an automated teller machine. A locking device with a structure preventing an abrasion of a lock-pin includes a body frame(10) positioned at an interior of an automated teller machine. A box frame(20) is coupled to an interior of the body frame so that the box frame is able to slide in the body frame. A lock-bracket(21) is rotatively coupled to the box frame with a hinge axis(23). A stopper(25) is formed at a lower portion of the lock-bracket(21) to restrict a rotation angle of the lock-bracket. A lock-pin(31) is coupled to one side of the body frame. An idle spacer(33) having a hollow structure is rotatively coupled to an outer surface of the lock-pin with a washer(35).
