摘要

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to determine threshold voltage variation of a transmission gate by detecting currents of sensor transistor, and control data voltage according to the determined variation, thereby applying target voltage to a pixel electrode and accordingly improving image quality. An LCD comprises gate lines, data line, a pixel, a data driving IC(Integrated Circuit)(500), a second switching device and a third switching device. The pixel is connected to the gate lines and data lines and includes a first switching device. The data driving IC applies data voltage to the data lines. The second switching device is connected between the data driving IC and the data line. The third switching device is connected with the data driving IC. The data driving IC includes a data voltage controller(550) for controlling data voltage by detecting currents of the third switching device.
