A refrigerating device is provided to perform a heat-exchanging process by mixing a high-temperature refrigerant and a low-temperature refrigerant in a high-temperature tank. A high-temperature tank(10) is formed to mix a low-temperature refrigerant and a high-temperature refrigerant. A low-temperature tank(20) is formed to store the low-temperature refrigerant. A heat exchanger(40) performs a heat-exchanging process by using cooling water and the low-temperature refrigerant. A high-temperature refrigerant circulation tube(31) is arranged to transfer the stored refrigerant through a target device to the high-temperature tank. A low-temperature refrigerant circulation tube(21) is formed to supply the stored low-temperature refrigerant through the heat exchanger to the low-temperature tank. A cooling water inflow tube is formed to supply the low-temperature refrigerant to the high-temperature tank. A draining tube is connected to the high-temperature tank and the low-temperature tank in order to transfer the overflowing refrigerant from the low-temperature tank to the high-temperature tank. A cooling water tube is formed to supply the cooling water to the heat exchanger in order to flow out the heat-exchanged water. A first circulation pump(50) is installed at the high-temperature refrigerant circulation tube in order to circulate the high-temperature refrigerant. A second circulation pump(60) is installed at the low-temperature refrigerant circulation tube in order to circulate the low-temperature refrigerant.
