An organic light emitting display is provided to prevent the decrement of reflection efficiency and a partial dark portion due to impurities by minimizing an etched part of a reflection film. An organic light emitting display having a plurality of pixels formed on a board member includes a thin-film transistor(20), a radiation device(70), and a reflection film(185). The thin-film transistor is individually formed in the plurality of the pixels. The radiation device is individually formed in the plurality of the pixels and electrically connected with the thin-film transistor. The reflection film is arranged between the thin-film transistor and the radiation device and individually insulated with the thin-film transistor and the radiation device. |
