A drying structure and a dryer are provided to promote uniform drying of materials by drying upper and lower side surfaces of the materials installed in multiple layers, which is heated from a drying heating body. A drying structure of a dryer which arranges drying materials in multi layers in a drying room and dries the materials comprises: a net type support plate(110) installed at predetermined intervals in a height direction inside the drying room, where a wicker tray(102) on which materials are loaded is placed, a heating member(121) installed between the net type support plate and another net type support plate, and a plurality of drying heating body attached to the front and rear of the heating member, which include a front surface support pad(122) and a rear surface support pad(123) so as to supply heat generated from the heating member to the materials. The heat generated from the drying heating body dries the materials loaded on the net type support plate.
