A protection sheet and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprising the same are provided to improve display quality by minimizing stress caused by contact between a polarizing plate and a prism sheet and reducing the generation of a scratch. A protection sheet(270) includes a base layer(271), a film layer(272,273), and beads(274). The base layer is composed of optic transmission resins. The film layer is formed on at least one side of the base layer. The beads are distributed within the film layer and are composed of resins having Rockwell hardness of 60 or less. The film layer includes lubricant. The lubricant includes polysiloxane copolymer.
