A mouse controller controlled by fingers is provided to enable a user to operate a mouse accurately by controlling a mouse pointer and pushing mouse buttons with movement of an index finger and a middle finger, and to prevent pain of the wrist and the arm by realizing a lightweight mouse. A device comprises controllers(1,2) attached to the fingers, a mouse pad(3), a mouse sensor(4), a mouse button(5), and a finger band(6). The finger controllers are connected to the mouse pad with a cable. The user moves the mouse pointer or clicks a left mouse button by attaching the finger controllers to the index and middle fingers, fixing the finger controllers with the finger band. The mouse button attached to a tip of the second controller replaces a right mouse button.
