摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mini-pellet is provided which reduces sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide during sintering by designing structure of grains when manufacturing byproducts of ironmaking process such as various dusts into mini-pellet so that the byproducts are recycled in manufacturing of sinter. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that grains of the mini-pellet are granulated in a double structure by covering a mixture of mill scale having high metal Fe content and quicklime on grains and installing a mixture of blast furnace D/C dust, sintering R-EP dust and quicklime inside the grains, or the grains of the mini-pellet are granulated in a double structure by covering a mixture of blast furnace D/C dust and quicklime on grains and installing a mixture of mill scale, sintering R-EP dust and quicklime inside the grains, wherein grain size of the mini-pellet is 4 to 6 mm, and wherein the grains of the mini-pellet comprise 30 to 35 wt.% of blast furnace D/C dust, 9 to 10 wt.% of mill scale, 50 to 55 wt.% of sintering R-EP dust, and 2 to 4 wt.% of quicklime.</p>
