摘要 A nanoparticle-biomass composite is provided to allow simple and accurate quantitative determination of a biomass present in a trace amount in a sample such as urine, blood or body fluid. A nanoparticle-biomass composite comprises: at least one nanoparticle selected from the metal group consisting of zinc, cadmium, lead, copper, gallium, arsenic, thallium, nickel, manganese and bismuth; a predetermined biomass; and a bonding stabilizing agent containing a substituent having a charge capable of being bound to the nanoparticle at one side, and a polymer chain having a plurality of water soluble substituents at the other side, wherein the bonding stabilizing agent is bound to the nanoparticle by way of the substituent, stabilizes the nanoparticles by way of the water soluble substituents, and forms a bond with the biomass by way of the water soluble substituents. Further, the nanoparticle is metal sulfide type.
