A manufacturing method for forming a high-gloss UV(Ultraviolet) coating layer on the surface of a board having a melamine resin-impregnated layer and the board produced by the same are provided to form the high-gloss resin coating layer on the outer surface by mixing and fusing urethane resin and UV coating paints with each other while heating, cooling, and curing the urethane resin and UV paints. A manufacturing method for UV-coating the outer surface of a melamine resin-impregnated layer(3) having various patterns and colors, on a wood board(2) comprises the steps of: applying urethane resin on the outer surface of the board, heating the board at 100~180deg.C for 3-5 minutes, and then curing the board by cooling down the board at normal temperature; applying urethane resin and UV coating paints on the outer surface of the board, instantaneously heating the board at 100-180deg.C three or five times, and cooling and curing the board at normal temperature; and forming a high-gloss UV finish coating layer by polishing the outer surface of the board and applying the final high-gloss UV coating paints.
