The lid of a ladle equipped with a device for removing slag is provided to save energy and to improve productivity by eliminating slag at the time of charging molten metal into the ladle. The lid of a ladle equipped with a device for removing slag includes a main body(10) of which outer surface is covered with steel sheet and inner surface is constructed with refractories, a holder which is inserted to a frame provided at edges of the main body, a slag blocking plate installed to the holder, a slot on each lug at the center of the main body, a lug rack which is inserted into the slots, a locking device which is placed at an edge in 90 degree, 180 degree, or 270 degree direction of a holder frame provided at an edge of main body, and wires which connect the lug rack and each locking device.
