An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display device is provided to reliably drive the OLED display device by compensating for a threshold voltage of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) in a driving unit of the OLED display device. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display device includes an OLED, first and second capacitors, and first to third TFTs. The OLED is connected between an AC driving voltage source and a second node(n2). The second capacitor(C2) is connected between a ground voltage source and a first node(n1). The first TFT(M1) supplies a data voltage to the first node in response to a first scan pulse. The first capacitor(C1) is connected between the first TFT and the first node. The second TFT(M2) controls a current flowing through the OLED according to a voltage on the first node. The third TFT(M3) forms a current path between the first and second nodes in response to a second scan pulse.
