An OLED display device is provided to accelerate a threshold voltage sampling speed by blocking a current path between an OLED and a capacitor during a threshold voltage sampling process. A pixel includes an OLED(OLED), first and second capacitors(C1,C2), and first to fifth TFTs. The first TFT(M1) forms a current path between a data line and the first capacitor in response to first and second scan pulses. The second TFT(M2) controls a current flowing through the OLED according to a voltage on a first node(n1). The third TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(M3) is turned off, when sampling a threshold voltage of the second TFT, and turned on while charging the first and second capacitors according to the first node voltage. The fourth TFT(M4) forms a current path between the OLED and the first node in response to a first select pulse. The fifth TFT(M5) forms a current path between the first node and a second node(n2) in response to a second select pulse.
