A monitoring system of an industrial endoscope using an USB driver is provided to send images, which are continuously obtained by the endoscope, to a host PC through a USB driver, and process the images sent to the host PC in the monitoring system. Video data obtained through a light source(20) and a CCD image sensor(10) are converted into a digital signal by a vide decoder(30). The converted digital video data are transmitted to a USB controller through a parallel port(40). The digital video data are transmitted to a host PC(60) by using the control of a USB controller(54) and a transmission algorithm on the basis of a USB specification. The image signal obtained in the host PC(60) is processed in the monitoring system having storage, acquisition, editing, and output functions.
