A kimchi storage is provided to lower the temperature in the upper part of an inner case by installing an expansion part on an evaporator wound on the upper part of the inner case to exchange heat actively in the upper part of the inner case, thereby maintaining a constant temperature in the inner case and increasing the freshness of kimchi. A kimchi storage comprises: a main body case; an inner case(30) which is installed in the main body case and stores kimchi; and a cooling device which is installed in the main body case and cools the inner case. The cooling device comprises: a compressor(51) generating a high-temperature and high-pressure gas; a condenser(53) condensing the gas emitted from the compressor to a liquid; a first expansion part(55a) converting the refrigerant ejected from the condenser into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquefied refrigerant through a throttling process; an evaporator(57) wound on the upper part of the inner case, of which one end is connected to the first expansion part and the other end is connected to the compressor, wherein the evaporator vaporizes the liquefied refrigerant ejected from the first expansion part into a low-temperature and low-pressure vapor so as to cool the inner case by heat of vaporization; and a second expansion part(55b) vaporizing the refrigerant flowing on the evaporator through a throttling process again.
