A notifying system in an emergency and a method are provided to output a storied sound data with a bell when an emergency state is generated to rapidly deal with an emergency situation. A notifying system in an emergency includes a mobile terminal(10) transmitting a biological signal measured from a user to an exterior. The mobile terminal outputs sound data with a bell when an emergency alarm signal is received from a health management server(20). The health management server determines whether or not a health state of a user is an emergency state according to a biological signal received from the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes a biological signal measuring unit(110) measuring a biological signal of the user. A data storing unit(160) stores sound data informing an emergency situation.
