A fluid injection pack manufacturing method and a fluid injection pack are provided to realize standardization of a product by maintaining a check valve in a predetermined coupled position. A method for manufacturing a fluid injection pack comprises the steps of: supplying two body sheets to be folded to each other and two check valve sheets on which a plurality of bonding prevention materials are separated arranged in one direction on at least one surface, inserting the check valve sheet into one end formed between two body sheets, processing the other end of the body sheet by thermal bonding and one side of the body sheet by thermal bonding so as to form a bonding line passing by the materials, and cutting the body sheet in a direction crossed with the bonding line, while thermal bonding the body sheet.
