PHONE PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SERVICE SYSTEM AND METHOD USING THE CALLED TRIGGER

A phone payment service system using an unconditional reception trigger and a method therefor are provided to enable a user(buyer) to use product payment information purchased from a service provider of a representative telephone number or a general telephone number through a telephone by using an unconditional reception trigger of an intelligent network. A local exchange(30) triggers a telephone call received at a service subscription telephone number to an intelligent network. A service exchange(44) delivers the telephone call to a service controller(43) by receiving the trigger. The service controller(43) delivers origination/reception telephone numbers to a payment mediation server(50) by confirming service subscription, conducts call forwarding to a phone banking system(61) of a financial institute(60) and a buyer for a telephone call connected between the buyer and a seller, and delivers a payment ID generated from the mediation server(50) to the phone banking system(61). A network interworking gateway(41) interworks the controller(43) with the mediation server(50). The mediation server(50) records the origination/reception telephone numbers in a payment DB(51), and demands the call forwarding to the controller(43).
