A BLOCK FOR WATER EVAPORATION RESTRAINT

A block for water evaporation restraint is provided to restore natural environment by creating environment for natural growth of plants in the ground where the amount of water evaporation is higher than the amount of rainfall. A block for water evaporation restraint includes a block body(110) composed of a plate(112) having the appointed area, a support(114) projected downward from the border of the plate to fix the plate to the ground and projections(116) projected downward at regular intervals on the plate and provided with vent holes(116a) tapered downward to permeate water to the ground easily, and a water retention member(120) made with water absorbing materials and installed on a water retention groove formed on the lower part of the plate located between the projections of the block body to keep water absorbed to the ground temporarily, thereby to supply environment for natural growth of plants, wherein the water retention member includes nourishment such as manure to promote the early growth of creatures.
