An ionic water manufacturing apparatus is provided to make it possible to save electrical energy required in electrolysis during production of alkaline water while obtaining highly purified water, and reduce a phenomenon that scales are generated in an evaporator by effectively using condensed water generated during manufacturing ice. A manufacturing apparatus(100) of ionic water using condensed water generated during manufacturing ice comprises: a filter part(10) for purifying raw water; an ice manufacturing unit(20) for making ice(1) using purified water from the filter part or cold water produced by cooling the purified water; and an electrolytic cell for producing alkaline water and acidic water by electrolyzing condensed water discharged from the ice manufacturing unit after making the ice. The manufacturing apparatus of ionic water further comprises: a purified water tank that stores purified water; and a cold water storage tank for storing the cooled purified water after cooling the purified water supplied from the purified water tank in the ice manufacturing unit, wherein the ice manufacturing unit includes: a water receiver(21) for receiving cold water supplied from the cold water storage tank; and an evaporator(23) installed to be immersed into cold water contained in the water receiver.
