An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to prevent deterioration and a contact defect due to a difference of a spreading width of a seal pattern by forming the seal pattern in the inside of a concave-shaped part with a uniform width. An organic electro-luminescence device includes first and second substrates(201,251), an organic electro-luminescence diode, a convex-shaped part(227), a concave-shaped part(253), and a seal pattern(290). The first and second substrates are defined as a displaying area and a non-displaying area covering the displaying area, and face each other. The organic electro-luminescence diode is formed on the displaying area of the first substrate. The convex-shaped part is formed on a non-displaying area of the first substrate by a dam shape along a rim of the first substrate. The concave-shaped part is inserted by the convex-shaped part on the second substrate. The seal pattern is formed by covering the inserted convex-shaped part along an internal surface of the concave-shaped part. |
