A composition comprising the extract of hot pepper is provided to improve dosage convenience by removing hot taste from hot pepper, and allow long-term dosage of hot pepper by daily diet, so that the composition is useful for prevention of obesity. A composition for prevention of obesity comprises 20-100 wt.% of the extract of hot pepper which is prepared by washing fresh hot peppers with water, removing water from fresh hot peppers, extruding the fresh hot peppers juice, heating the juice at 50-100 deg.C, collecting and passing vapor through a cooling device, and collecting liquid, and further comprises 20-80 wt.% of corn silk, wherein the composition is a health supplement food composition selected from fresh water, milk, tea, jelly, juice, extract, drink or favorite food. |
