The system has foci with multiple light emitting diodes (LED), governed by central unit groups for an electronic card and lodged inside each focus. The card has exciting circuits as control signals or controlling groups of LEDs. Two control signals create a series of signals, modulated in pulse breadth. The exciting circuits feed the LED, where the controlling and illuminating system attains a major chromatic range of combinations.
