The band has a compound, which is formed by polyol of ramified polyester and polyester of 15 to 25 percent, polyisocyanate of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate between 5 to 15 percent, fluorinated compound of 5 to 10 percent and remaining micro spheres of glass, silica and pigment. A strontium compound like photo-luminescent element and an accelerating substance is provided. An independent claim is also included for a manufacturing method.
