A plunger assembly and an electronic device opening and closing apparatus using the same are provided to improve the efficiency of assembly by protruding a stopper, which is inserted into a hooking slot and restricts the movement of a plunger, at the bottom of a housing member and forming the stopper toward the top of the housing member. A plunger assembly(300) in an electronic device opening and closing apparatus is comprised of a housing member, a plunger, and a compression spring. One end of the housing member is opened. The plunger is inserted into the housing member so as to make a sliding motion. A roller is coupled to one end of the housing member, and an insertion shaft is formed at the other end. The compression spring, inserted into the insertion shaft, elastically supports the plunger. At the bottom of the plunger, a hooking slot is formed along the length of the plunger. A stopper, inserted into a hooking slot and restricting the movement of a plunger, is protruded and formed at the bottom of a housing member.
