The antenna (1) has a series of radial wave guides (2) arranged in cylinder for producing antenna beam (8), where the antenna has cylindrical shape. A phase shifter has an input lighted by hyperfrequency sources (4), and an output connected to an input of the radial guides. A pair of phase shifting cells is coupled to wave guide 3 decibel couplers, where an input wave obtained from the sources is phase shifted based on controllable phase shift.
