A covering component (1) is mounted on a fixing ring (2) to form a fixing device for fixing a distribution system (3), such as a pump or valve, on a neck of a container (40). The covering component has a general configuration that is essentially cylindrical and comprises an external wall (14) and an internal wall (15) destined to come into tight contact around the fixing ring. The internal wall forms a network of hollow grooves (16, 17) from a base zone (151) and the grooves extend in at least two different directions. Independent claims are also included for : (1) the fabrication of the covering component; (2) a distributor for a liquid product comprising a container, a distribution system and a fixing device integrating the covering component.
