A glow plug for a diesel engine is provided to be operated stably and to improve an output of the diesel engine by preventing separation of a heating pin due to a deformation of an outer diameter and reinforcing binding torque. A glow plug fixture(100) has a thread(110) to be screwed to a head of a diesel engine, a through-hole(140) to insert a heating pin(200), and an inserting conjunction part(130) with a difference of an inner diameter at a lower portion of the through-hole. A deformation part(120) is located between the inserting conjunction part and the thread to have weaker structure than the inserting conjunction part. The heating pin is force-inserted to the inserting conjunction part, and a diameter of the through-hole of the deformation part is wider to be deformed easily by an axis load and rotation torque.
