A heat-resistant and wear-resistant laminate producing method is provided to prevent a heat-resistant and wear-resistant laminate from being carbonized even at high temperature of 1000 deg.C and to secure high tensile strength and good impact resistance and wear resistance of the laminate. A heat-resistant and wear-resistant laminate producing method comprises the steps of: dipping a fibrous base material(10) that is one of glass fiber, silica, ceramic fiber, and carbon fiber, in at least one selected from phenol resin, epoxy resin, and unsaturated polyester resin; drying the fibrous base material impregnated with the resin; and thermally pressing at least two fibrous base materials in order or at the same time by applying pressure to the dried fibrous base material by a press heated under temperature of 100-200 deg.C. An inorganic flame retardant of 10~50wt.% and boric acid compound of 10~50wt.% are added to the resin of 100wt.% impregnated in the fibrous base material.
