An organic light emitting display device is provided to compensate the change of brightness by making larger pixels far from a power line and pixels smaller pixels near to the power line. An organic light emitting display device includes pixels(140a,140b), a first power supply line(200), and a second power supply line(202). The pixels are connected to scanning lines, a data line, and first power lines(VL1) to generate light by using an organic light emitting diode. The pixels are formed larger getting more distant from one of the first power lines and second power lines(VL2). The first power supply lines are connected to the first power lines and are supplied with a voltage of a first power source from outside. The second power supply lines are connected to the second power lines for supplying a cathode of the organic light emitting diode and are supplied with a voltage of a second power source from outside. |
