A pre-heating apparatus for a cylinder liner is provided to manufacture good quality cylinder block by uniformly pre-heating the entire liner. A pre-heating apparatus for a cylinder liner includes a heating main body(100), a sliding door(200), a heating board, a heating plate(400), an ejecting plate, and a controller(600). The heating main body is supported by a frame body(700) and is container-shaped. The sliding door moves laterally on the frame body and opens an upper opening of the heating main body. The heating board is located inside the heating main body, is supported by a plurality of legs fixed on a bottom of the heating main body, and generates heat. The heating plate is laminated on an upper plane of the heating board and has a plurality of concave inputting holes which are liner shaped. The ejecting plate is located beneath the bottom of the heating main body, moved up and down by an ejecting cylinder, and includes a plurality of ejecting pins. The controller controls the sliding door, heating board, and the ejecting cylinder.
