An EL keypad and its fabricating method are provided to reduce a thickness of the keypad and simplify a manufacturing process by forming a key layer on one plane of an insulation substrate. An EL keypad includes an insulation substrate, a first print layer(110), a transparent electrode layer(120), a light emitting layer(121), an insulation layer(122), a rear electrode layer(123), and a protective layer(124), and a second print layer(130). The first print layer is formed on one plane of the insulation substrate and has one or more of figures, letters, numbers, and symbols. The transparent electrode layer is formed on the first print layer. The light emitting layer is formed on the transparent electrode layer. The insulation layer is formed on the light emitting layer. The rear electrode layer is formed on the insulation layer. The second print layer is formed on an other plane of the insulation substrate. |
