A wall using blocks and a construction method of a wall using blocks are provided to enhance the stiffness of a wall by forming the wall with a column and a panel and to minimize environmental disruption by reducing the cutting of earth at the rear of a wall. A wall(1) using blocks includes a vertical column composed of a vertical beam(40) and concrete placed around the beam, column support blocks(10) piled vertically to cover the beam of the column and composed of a front panel, a partition panel projected to the rear of the front panel at the certain distance and an extension plate projected to the outside of the partition panel and connected to an extension plate of an adjacent column support block to cover an adjacent column, thereby forming a wall panel for supporting rear earth pressure between the columns, an intermediate vegetation block(20) formed to grow plants at the front of a wall and composed of a front panel, a partition panel extended to the rear of the front panel and a rear panel closing up the end of the partition panel to form a soil portion(25) to fill up soils for vegetation, and an auxiliary column support block(10a) composed of a front panel and a partition panel projected to the rear of the front panel and provided with a holding portion to which a projection of the intermediate vegetation block is supported from the rear to the front when fitting the intermediate vegetation block between the auxiliary column support blocks.
