<p>The invention relates to a tire comprising at least one, and preferably at least two, reinforcing structures of the carcass type, one inner one and one outer one, possibly one or more crown reinforcing structures, at least one circumferential bielastic reinforcing element consisting of a bielastic fabric in which the said fabric used is a bielastic knit, namely a loop mesh fabric the mesh-forming loops of which are able to move relative to one another in the direction of knitting and in the direction perpendicular to the direction of knitting, the said bielastic reinforcement being positioned in such a way as to run substantially parallel along a portion of a reinforcing structure.</p> |
