The device (10) has a housing (100) connected to a pressure sensor (200) for measuring a physical quantity i.e. pressure, and an LCD (300) for displaying a value representing the measured pressure. A transparent circular cover (120) of the housing, the LCD and the pressure sensor are successively located in parallel planes. An electronic card (310) is powered by a battery (320) placed inside the housing between the display and the sensor. Resin e.g. transparent epoxy resin, is filled in an inner volume of the housing.
