A side deflector installation structure for a truck is provided to allow a driver of the truck to adjust angles of a side deflector according to driving conditions of the truck. A side deflector installation structure comprises a side deflector(10), an actuator(20) and a pivoting member. The side deflector is movably installed at a rear of a tilting cap(1). The actuator is installed between the side deflector and the rear of the tilting cap. The length of the actuator is changeable so as to allow the side deflector to move closely to a vehicle or away from the vehicle. The pivoting member allows a rear side of the side deflector to be tilted toward the vehicle when the side deflector moves closely to the vehicle.
