A square dome-shaped far infrared ray- and anion-emitting ceramic plate is provided to allow concentrative, continuous and effective emission of far infrared rays and anions, to contribute to the health promotion, and to realize an additional publicity activity. A square dome-shaped far infrared ray- and anion-emitting ceramic plate comprises: 15 wt% of a mixture of silicon dioxide : alumina : iron oxide : magnesium oxide : potassium oxide : beryllium oxide in a ratio of 74 : 12.5 : 1.4 : 2.1 : 5.3 : 4.7; 50 wt% of zirconium oxide; 3 wt% of iron oxide; 2 wt% of tourmaline; 10 wt% of feldspar; and 20 wt% of clay.
