A guardrail support device is provided to improve shock absorbing effect by forming a body and a bearing in consideration of the movement of the body. A guardrail support device includes a bearing(10) fixed to an angle by coupling bolts to fastening holes and provided with a prevention projection(12) to place a body not to be inclined over the appointed angle by external force, a seating groove formed in the center of the bearing to penetrate the bearing and to place the body to the bearing, and a body(20) placed in the seating groove of the bearing and provided with a stepped portion(23) limiting the angle of inclination, a fastening hole for connection with the angle and a support(27) supporting a guardrail, wherein incline is formed on the bottom of the body adjacent to the bearing to be inclined by external force and to absorb shock and an end projection is formed on the bottom of the bearing to reinforce the combination of the bearing and the angle structurally.
