A red pepper crusher with a seed separating function is provided to separate the skins and seeds of red pepper by rotating a red pepper separating unit having a wire-type transfer spring and a support shaft. A red pepper crusher with a seed separating function is composed of: a hopper(15) into which red pepper is poured; a magnetic body(25) disposed at the lower side of the hopper to filter iron powder mixed with the red pepper; a first crushing unit installed at the lower side of the magnetic body to crush the red pepper by a crushing blade(30) combined with plural triangular blades on the outer periphery; a red pepper separating unit(50) disposed at the lower side of the first crushing unit to transfer the crushed red pepper in a horizontal direction; a semicircular perforated net(70) mounted on the lower side of the red pepper separating unit to separate seeds of the red pepper to the lower side; a first transfer screw(85) installed at the lower side of the perforated net to transfer the seeds in the direction opposite to the transfer direction of the skins of the red pepper; a seed crushing unit(95) crushing the seeds delivered by the first transfer screw, again; a guide discharging unit(105) discharging the seeds separated through the perforated net, to the outside or guiding the seed to the seed crushing unit; a powdered red pepper discharging unit mixing the seed crushed in the seed crushing unit and the skins of the red pepper again and discharging the mixed seed and skins of the red pepper to the outside; and a power source unit transmitting power to each part of the red pepper crusher. The red pepper separating unit comprises a rotary shaft(55) turned by receiving power from the power source unit; a wire-type transfer spring(60) surrounding the periphery of the rotary shaft; and plural support shafts(65) radially extended from the rotary shaft to support the transfer spring.
