The fastener has a band part (15) and a positioning lock part (20) gripped with a mounting hole (3) of a coupling component (1). The part (20) is formed of a band connection wall (21), a tab connection wall (23) and a pair of lateral walls (25) with ribs (27), a band insertion passage (29) and a lock-up finger before gripping with the part (15). The wall (23) is deformed causing separation of the finger and the part (15) for removing a cable assembly (H) from the component, when the assembly is drawn.
