A structure of a fuel filling port for a vehicle is provided to disable closing of a fuel door in a state in which a fuel cap is seated. A structure of a fuel filling port for a vehicle comprises a fuel cap(140) coupled with the fuel filling port, and a fuel door(120) for covering the fuel cap. A first holder(131) is fixed to the inner side of the fuel door. A second holder(132) is located at the inner side of the fuel door, and is connected to the first holder through an elastic member such that the second holder moves in the transverse direction. A stopper(132a) protrudes from the second holder such that the stopper is inserted into a fixing hole formed at a vehicle body panel adjacent to the fuel door. A guide member(121) is additionally installed at the inner side of the fuel door such that the guide member guides the transverse movement of the second holder or the stopper.
