A coating apparatus of a bus bar is provided to quench a high-temperature bus bar in which a surface is formed with a coating layer through a coating dice by the use of a cooling unit installed in a rear portion of the coating dice. A coating apparatus of a bus bar(1) includes a coating molding machine(2) and a coating dice(3). The coating molding machine provides a coating material for insulation-coating a surface of the bus bar. The coating dice is connected to the coating molding machine. The coating apparatus of the bus bar further includes a cooling water storing tank(40) and plural transfer rollers(42). The cooling water storing tank has the same height as the coating dice so as to easily move the bus bar having a coated surface through the coating dice and stores the cooling water so that a high-temperature bus bar is submerged in the cooling water. The transfer rollers are rotatably installed in the cooling water storing tank with being submerged in the cooling water of the cooling water storing tank.
