A hygrometer for soil is provided to allow a manager to be able to identify the dry state of the inside of soil in the outside of the soil. A hygrometer for soil comprises a water charging part(6) including a sharp portion(3) having a sharp tip to be easily inserted into soil, an inlet portion through which water flowing from the ground flows in, a water charging portion(4) where the flowing water is charged, and evaporating portion(5) which absorbs the charged water when the soil becomes dry and evaporates the absorbed water to the soil; a rod(10) which is connected to the water charge part to insert the water charge part into the soil; a flotage(11) which is located inside of the water charge part to go up by the water if the water flows in the water charge portion and to come down if the charged water is evaporated; and a movement member(12), one end(A) of which is contacted with the flotage to go up and down in accordance with the going up and down of the flotage while being placed in a longitudinal direction at the inner side of the rod and the other side of the one end having a movement portion(B) which moves to inform the movement of the flotage of a manager. Inside of the evaporation portion, an evaporation member(13) is included to allow the absorbed moisture of the water charge portion to be evaporated through the evaporation portion if the soil becomes dry.
