Cable fixing lugs (3) are connected to cables or piano cords (4) stretched at a predetermined distance from the axle, where the cables and the piano cords have diameters of 6 to 10 mm and 3 to 10mm, respectively. Blades (11) are arranged outside the surfaces of the disks.
