An apparatus and a method for forming a pulp mold are provided to prevent unnecessary external particles from being generated when the pulp mold is formed, by using a pulp mold forming capsule to supply the amount of pulp mold source needed. A source tank(100) stores a pulp mold source liquid. An input pipe(200) is connected to the source tank. The pulp mold source liquid passes through the input pipe from the source tank. A pulp mold forming capsule(520) is attached to a lower end of the input pipe and is formed by sliding-uniting an upper input pipe with a lower input pipe, wherein the pump mold forming capsule defines a space filled with the source liquid. An air cylinder part is attached to both sides of the pulp mold forming capsule. The air cylinder part is composed of a cap(511) positioned at a lower end of the input pipe, a piston connected to the cap, and a cylinder for moving the piston upwardly and downwardly. The air cylinder part switches the lower end of the input pipe with the cap through operation of the cylinder, thereby controlling the injection amount of source. A support and a mesh net are positioned at the lower end of the pulp mold forming capsule to finalize the formation of a pulp mold while covering the pulp mold forming capsule. |
